Question about the Trade-In program.

Does the Dooney website explain the rules and procedures for utilizing the Trade-In program? I looked, but didn't see anything. Also, do you think it's possible to trade in a QVC satchel that was a TSV a million years ago? (It was the Donegal satchel, and it was very large-- came with glasses case, cosmetic, key fob and removable shoulder strap.) Thanks, ladies.Smile
