Question about VB outlets

Hi

can someove, more experience fan explain me how VB outlets are working?

Anytime I went there (3x) whole store was either 50% or 40% off. Is still all the time or did I just get lucky. My VB outlet is 1 hr drive from me so I am asking so I know whether I need to call before and check.

Then question about patterns.

I know outlets carry some of the discontinued patterns but I have seen there also patterns which VB still sells at their web site and retails stores, such as English rose. Dogwood, Islans Blooms, Ribbons, etc. So does the company actually sells the same product at 2 different price points?

And how long does it takes until a pattern makes it to the outlet? I am interested in Spring 2013 Midnight blues and Summer 2013 Marina Paisley.
