First. let me explain by saying I have never spent more than $20.00 on a handbag, just not by thing.

That being said, I was in TJ Maxx and saw the most gorgeous MK handbag, gold metallic with his initials all over it. It was priced at $179.99 and was wondering if that was a good price for a MK? How do his pocketbooks hold up? I'm concerned because I have read quite a bit re: the BM bleeding, the weight of pocketbooks being too heavy, etc.

The other thing holding me back is the fact that is is not leather, it's metallic. Is it worth the investment? I'm extremely hard on my pocketbooks and want to make sure if I invest in this it will last me longer than a year or two.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me. I am definitely a rookie when it comes to this!
