My new Dooney was shipped on the 20th, but it is the 22nd and it still says that the billing information was received - it hasen't even made it to the facility yet, when you call cs the same ole same ole replies - I can call our warehouse but you have to wait 24 to 48 hours. I really don't want to nag, but , to just be in limbo for 3 days. Has this happened to anyone else?
