Problems Posting?

Is anyone else having problems posting from a smartphone or ipad/tabletPC? I was unable to post while traveling over the weekend, but thougth it was a signal thing. Could click 'reply' but then the typing box would not respond. Today same thing from home. Wtih my sore shoulder/torn rotater cuff the tablet is easier to use, but can not post; having to use laptop..not as comfortable. Wondering if there is a way to make posting work from other devices...is there some kind of new update or security thing? I know I have posted from phone/tablet before.........
