I wrote a little on this the other day , but would just like to hear what others have to say about the condition of some of the bags that QVC sends out. It has become a real problem for me in the last few months.

Example ,I ordered a Dooney (very expensive) not clearance, when it came I could not believe it, the strap was stained, large scuff across the bottom, and what looked like a burn from ash or spark landed on the front, the leather was dry as though it had been in use for quite a while.I called CS and they said just send it back.I did, later it showed up on line and someone must have ordered it.

Yesterday, I received an Odine bag that the leather was scraped off both handles at the top. I bought a white Priscilla that was discolored, dry and rough also. These are just examples, I have returned about a half dozen similar cases since September.

I know someone will say :"Call CS they will take care of it" Well they can't take care of the disappointment, my money or credit that is tied up, the fact that by now the item is probably sold out, my inconvenience to pack it up and take it to the post office, etc.

The point is that now I'm afraid to order at all. I will never order when one bag justs pops back into stock again. Question: Has this happened to any of you?
