I am trying to contact Tignenello about a problem with one of their handbags.

QVC gave me an email address, and I emailed them four times, and all they do is reply with a stupid generic email!!!

Does anyone have a phone number for them? I tried their website, google, etc. and no phone contact!!

I have no idea, but if their on-air rep has a blog or FB page, you might try reaching them via that route. Sorry about your problem. I honestly have to wonder why Tig and BMak are still being purchased, given it seems both have dropped significantly in construction and customer satisfaction. Personally, I no longer consider either brand. Good luck to you in resolving the issue with your bag.

According to Bloomberg/BusinessWeek corporate research website, Tignanello's corporate office is located at 330 Fifth Avenue, NY, NY 10001, 212-244-3337. This is the main corporate office number, not customer service, but it might be a first step for you to try.

Unfortunately brooklynny that number is not in service. I called it and got a message that the number has been changed and the new number is.... And nothing. Then the phone rings, and more recordings which basically say this is a bad number.

Bruce Makowsky's companies never had any customer service. He was a hit and run vendor with no interest or pride in his product...just out to make a quick buck. Then he sold out to the Chinese. I doubt there is any way to contact anyone about this product. No one is interested in or cares about customer service.

Yes I agree. I think OP is stuck with it unfortunately. Buyer beware.

Thanks for the info Vicki00. That's really unfortunate and doesn't reflect very well on Tignanello/Makowsky. You would think that a company as successful as they have been for so many years would stand behind their products. They obviously don't care about their customers and only care about dollar signs. It will eventually come back to bite them in the end (no pun intended).
