Orthaheel Sizing

Got my Orthaheel sandals today (2nd pair). I had to send the 1st pair back because I did as they suggested and sized down....I wear a 6/12 shoe and ordered a 6.....it was too small and my heel kept coming down on the edge....I returned them and asked for them to be exchanged for a 7....instead cust service just refunded my money. I re- ordered a size 7 and it worked perfect....just use your own judgement when determining what size to order.
