I placed two separate orders for shoes from Zappos recently.  Unfortunately I had to return both pair.  According to tracking they received them yesterday.  I just checked my account, and it shows that they have already processed my return and credited my credit card.  That's great service!  I love Zappos for their free shipping and free returns, too.

I love zappos too!  for the same exact reasons.  They really understand customer service and I keep coming back!

I love Zappos too!! Their customer service and fast shipping is amazing.  I ordered a pair of shoes one night around 8:30PM and they were at my door step the next morning at 10AM  and I don't live near their warhouse!!

Yes, I forgot to mention in my original post that I always get my orders in one or two days--usually one.

@NickNackAnother great place is Shoes dot com. Amazing prices! Easy returns and quick refunds (only had to return once). Have never had to deal with their Customer Service, so cannot comment on that part of the company.

@BirkiLady, the advantage of Zappos is that they have free returns, but then the advantage of shoe.com and a couple others is that they almost always have promo codes. So if you already know that a particular shoe fits, it makes sense to go with the latter. Amazon also has a good selection and often free returns (not sure if that's just for Prime members.)

 Love Zappos. Sometimes I see shoes online or in a store and they don’t have my size or color. Zappos is the first place I check.

@BirkiLady  You can join "Prime" on Amazon for $99 a year.  You get free 2-day shipping on everything that's shipped from Amazon.  There are other benefits such as some free Kindle books each month and Prime Video (TV Shows and Movies similar to Netflix).  There are probably other benefits, but these are the ones that immediately come to mind.

I order from Amazon all the time, and the membership fee is well worth it for me.
