Okay Doooney gals - a query

I recently received my new Florentine Smith Bag in natural. I have several Dooneys and all have come in pristine condition. This bag however has two flaws. One is a small black mark at the top of the bag, and the second is an odd puckering on the bottom of the bag. It looks like they ran out of leather and used pebble leather in its stead. Regardless, I will be sending this bag back, but I can't decide whether to contintue with the Natural or to get a bag less apt to mark up so readily -say the Chestnut.

Thoughts?
