Good point. Unfortunately, by the time we know from where they ship it's too late! Still, definitely worth checking, if for no other reason than to be prepared when we open the package... Like you, I tend only to order what I can't find elsewhere because I feel like full retail should warrant certain perks, free shipping among them...

Sorry you received a used bag. I cannot understand why QVC has "as is" and sends new handbags out, yet orders for new ones are returns. I wonder what determines this?

Oh boy, this happens way too often..It is completely ridiculous that quality control is so poor!! I agree with Stevie, purchase another and keep the better of the two!!!))

There's something that feels good when you buy something @ a B&M store....the salesperson kinda/sorta fusses over your purchase, you walk out with a pretty store bag and...there might be samples/freebies, to boot....and the same product (though B&M quality is nicer) is purchased at the same $$$. The "thrill" of the buy is in a ugly box sitting in your doorstep. Bleh.

Thanks all for feeling my pain. I'm going to take stevieb's advice and hang on to the one I received today and reorder another aqua to see if I get the extras the 2nd time around. This handbag is in excellent condition - it appears to be brand new. Who know's about the Q - the next bag I receive might be all there, but the bag might be another return that looks like a return! I'll let you know next week what gets sent my way. OT - My daughters and I had a blast in NYC a couple weeks ago! Wow! So much to see and do and we did! Quite a place!

Hey Diane... So glad you enjoyed NYC. It's truly like no place else. Love it! And yes, do keep up posted on your next Logo Lock. Here's hoping between the two orders you get an intact set in great condition...

Same song - different dance. Yes, you guessed right, I received yet another return. At least this one had the accessories this time around. So I called customer service. To make a long story short they are crediting me 15% off the handbag I'm keeping, no charges on the original bag I'm returning, and honoring the easy pays on the 2nd bag. All in all I'm happy, I think, but it would've been nice to have received a brand new plastic still on everything handbag!

Wow. What IS going on with QVC these days. I mean are they so hard up THIS is now their oft touted new 'business model'. Sad, really sad. Glad, though, Diane, that between the two shipments you did actually get an acceptable purse, a good price and essentially no harm - no foul on the shipping...

I ordered an as-is satchel recently and it arrived today. Heck, I'm actually reluctant to open it! Overall, I've had pretty good luck with as-is, other than the one that came with one of the feet missing and one that came with none of the matching accessories... I returned the first one and really should've called CS about the other one and sought a credit, but you know, you get tired of having to make something right that should've been right in the first place!

Enjoy the aqua bag. It's a really pretty color!
