My logo lock in Aqua arrived today. I immediately knew it was a return as it was inside the dust bag. There wasn't any protective plastic wrap on the bag anywhere AND it was missing the coin purse and the keyfob. Really? Had this been an as is I would understand - but this was ordered as a brand new item. So I'll be calling customer service to make sure I'm not paying return postage etc. What a hassle and waste of time! Oh and there wasn't any packing slip/documentation either. Thank you for letting me vent.

Mine came the same way. Nothing on it was wrapped. I ordered the grape and I thought it looked like a returned item. I didn't reorder because it didn't suit my taste. I then went ahead and ordered the kiss lock wallet on Ilovedooney.com and the wallet came inside a plastic sleeve, inside the wallet was packed with tissue paper including tissue in each of the slits. Very well packed. There was also a registration card and I did register it with Dooney. No registration card came with the QVC item. I'm currently on waitlist for another item and hoping that it isn't a returned item. If it's not in perfect condition, back it goes.

that is outrages you should also complaint qvc Facebook page. I don't order anything from qvc anymore expensive and poor quality control. You should check the outlets. I saw the same style of bag in croco that qvc said was made only for qvc customers that is not true that bag is 70% off now at the outlet. Also they have the coin purse at the outlet for 40% and $35 each at ilovedooney.com

So sorry about that Diane. QVC really needs to step it up with the returns and inspect them for quality and completeness. I don't necessarily mind getting a return in pristine condition and with all that's supposed to accompany it, but otherwise, yes, as-is should be the next stop. I simply can't fathom that they are apparently not even checking returns at all. Even a once over would serve to point out when an item is defective, missing a piece, dirty or otherwise clearly used. Not inspecting is really pretty inexcusable and seems to be an increasingly common practice.

I have read too many times about customers buying a new bag only to have it arrive with a used tissue or half -empty pkg of breath mints inside. Even ""as-is"" or used products shouldn't arrive like this.

I completely agree. If they're going to send a bag back out at all, someone should take a few minutes to clean it out, for heaven's sake... Incidentally Diane, it's still showing as available in aqua and not on WL. I'd order another and keep the better of the two and, of course, the coin purse, assuming the second one actually comes with one intact.
