ORTHAHEEL STYLE SHOES

Does anyone know if there is another style besides the Rythm Orthotic Lace-Up sneaker?

which provides support at the ball of the foot, not just the heel. I do have plantar fasciitis and I had Morton's neuroma and I want to prevent this from recurring.
