Ordered a pair of shoes the other day on the phone and I receive an email a day later stating that it is on waitlist.  I cancelled the orderCat Mad.  Then I ordered another pair of shoes last night and QVC is calling me today saying that they do not have my size; however, it is still available onlineCat Tongue.  What a complete mess with this website going down.  Anyone else experience problems, recently?  HeartCat Happy

Yes, I have had recent issues. I ordered a swimsuit last week and I inquired about it as it hadn't shipped. Then I get an email a couple days later that it shippped. Also they shipped a jewelry item that I had cancelled and recieved confirmation that it cancelled.  What is there problems? Now I am going to get something I don't want and will have to deal with returning it now. Exasperating. One minute things are in process ( for a week) and then they send out something along with my swimsuit that was cancelled.

I just wouldn't order until I was sure the site was safe to use and that everything was up and running as it should be - the last few days I've seen posts about crazy things happening on the site.  I intend to pay off my one item, cancel my autodelivery on toothpaste and have them remove my credit information - I don't trust them with my credit information anymore.

@Leeny,   When you receive it make sure that you call CS so they pay for shipping it back.  Yes, it has been a royal pain.  I was so set on the one pair of sandals, especially and I am told they do not have them but can waitlist.  No, thank you.  The Q is losing a lot of business with this website business.

@Katcat1  Go buy them somewhere else where you can get a nice rebate and free shipping.  Most of the Q shoe vendors have sales websites.

@Kachina624,    I checked other sites and they don't have the color I want or size, plus I did want easy pay.

My issue was different.  I ordered a pair of shoes and on the forth day it was still "being processed".

 

A sale started on another site, I got it there, cancelled the shoe on Q, and saved $60.00!Smiley Happy

Problems other than the pages rolling up and down until I'm ready to heave?
