OOFOS OOlala Comfort Flip Flops

The flip flop online lists it as a 'comfort' sandal.  Jane T. kept calling it a 'recovery' flip flop last night.  Is there a difference between the two?

 

Also, how does this flip flop differ from the Vionics?  I require strong arch support.  Would like to try these.
