O/T Shipping Question

Ladies, I have a question concerning shipping of multiple items. I ordered three Honora rings this morning and I thought if you place multiple orders you get a percentage off the shipping of the other two items.

I didn't get any discount on shipping. Has the Q gotten away from giving those discounts? Thanks.
