Today's is awful, all my opinion.  Clark's makes many fabulous designs but today's is way not one of them.

@PINKdogWOOD  It appears to be cheaply made and would offer little,  if any,  support.

I looked at customer reviews and many note the comfort and support as well as good quality. This shoe may be a style that looks much better in person, as several reviewers noted that it looked sleek. I am not a fan of the beige color, but the merlot and black being more tonal might look very nice with ankle pants. I ordered both colors (black on waitlist) and will see how they look in person. I like that they are leather rather than man-made material.

@CalminHeart I have difficulty walking so it's difficult for me to go into stores.  I can if necessary.  However, my reason for coming to QVC is because right now (swollen feet) I need the wide size.  Not only wide but size 11.  That is difficult for me to find in shoe stores or even on line lots of time.

But I think if someone is able to shop around, they should definitely do that.  In the past I always did that.  Thanks for taking the time to let people know.

It would be nice if more people were as kind and thoughtful as you are at helping others.  Happy New Year.  Annabelle

I understand, Annabelle.

Fyi, I buy almost all my shoes online.  When I suggested shopping around, I meant online.  I paid $46 for a pair that Q has "on sale" for $72 right now.

@CalminHeart yes, I have found several pairs of Clarks for less $ on other online retailers. I think it's because Q will keep a style for years if it sells well and other retailors clear out their inventory seasonally at clearance prices. The advantage with Q is their expanded size range and that you can reorder a favorite style in lots of color choices when it's no longer available elsewhere. I do wish they would offer sale pricing more often, like they did this past month, but I will pay the higher price to get a different color or a wide width (I think Clarks runs narrow).

Clarks Clogs. Years ago, I purchased around 12 pairs of Clarks Accordion Heel Clogs from the Q. All different colors. Six pairs detached -- the top leather portion from the sole. So - I haven't purchased shoes from the Q (or any other site) in several years.

A few days ago, when the Q presented A282691 - Clarks Nubuck Leather Slip-On Medora Gemma -- I couldn't resist. Should be receiving them in a few days. I ordered Aubergine (plum color) and Navy Blue. I'm hoping my size 7 wide -- fits properly and isn't too big. Some of the comments on here say to size down although Amy, the vendor, said to order ur size.

That's a BIG problem with Clarks ----- sizing has changed from the past. If these shoes don't fit me - I'll only buy from a site where there's FREE shipping both ways. Can't trust Clarks anymore. Keeping my fingers crossed.
