Well I caught a tignanello suede crossbody in the "as is" section this morning. I have that bag in black multi and love it. I have been hoping to catch it in the brown multi someday at as is price (not paying full price for bags anymore I have too many to justify the price) Anyway question is this....... the color swatch and pic that came up was of the brown multi. But when I added it to cart etc... it is showing as the cognac. I called CS and asked which is really probably is the brown multi as the color swatch shows, or the cognac which it shows word-wise. CS person was just confused don't think he understood what I was saying. Anyone ordered a bag where there was color swatch confusion ? which color did you get the color swatch or color listed word-wise. ???
