Not Happy!!!! - Logo Lock Hobo

Received my logo lock bag in Natural on Friday and the bottom corners are worn!!! So mad, that QVC would send out a returned bag that clearly had been used and mad that a Q customer would send it back used, not just tried out but clearly used and abused!! Ugh, so mad because I really like the bag and Natural is on waitlist!!! This is my second Natural logo lock, ordered it when it was the TSV and had to return because of the horrible smell and just now decided to try ordering it again and now this happens. Very frustrating {#emotions_dlg.mad}

Sorry, just had to vent!!!
