Nordstrom Cancelled Again.....and a Question about FVL

So looks like I am not getting my ostrich satchel from Nordstrom's at all. I got a cancellation notice this morning. I just don't understand why they accepted an order if they couldn't fulfill it -- multiple times! {#emotions_dlg.glare} Anyway, I may still purchase it direct from D&B, but I am also thinking about getting that same satchel in the FVL instead. Does anyone know if there are any plans to add additional colors in that line? Also, does anyone know how hard it is to keep the FVL looking good and scratch free? It looks to me like it would scratch easily, and I am skeptical about the suggestion that you can "rub out" the scratches. Experiences with that?

Thanks for keeping up with my satchel saga, Ladies! I really do like the look of the ostrich but it's become such a hassle that I may give up on it for now. I do live only about an hour or so from the outlet in Reading, PA but I wouldn't want to make the trip unless I knew for sure they were carrying there.
