You are going to love it! I cannot get over how much I love my cream snake roma 2. I got a LV Speedy 35 right before the Roma and honestly I like it better. Very differnt bags but A true winner!

You are going to love the cream snake. It isn't that shiny in person, not even close. It's a stunning bag.

Right that's what has me leery to get old Roma other than the clearance price and current extended return policy. Oh well. My attention is on the hobo now

At some point the 2nd production of the Roma2 with magnetic closure will sell at a reduced price; believe that will be a better option for those that want a Roma2.

Don't forget Ebay as an option. Some of the sellers obviously live near an outlet, and all the GILI bags all show up on Ebay eventually. I was able to purchase the Vintage Leather Hobo and the blush and black backpacks NWOT at less than half the QVC price. All 3 were in perfect condition. You get to see pictures of the actual bag you are buying, and Ebay has buyer protection. There are lots of Roma 2's listed.

I'm throwing that out there since at this point you are probably getting a customer return anyway, so why not save money.

ok I'm the opposite of some...I actually got the black one BECAUSE I love the contrast with the ostrich strap... I love black and tan together. If it was all black I wouldn't have ordered..have tons of black bags and the ostrich alone I adore but all ready have the original large roma tote in that.

Agreed! At first I didn't like the ostrich straps but it's growing on me. I always like black and tan but something at first didn't say ""Wow."" But the more I see it the more I like it. I'm not buying though...I don't think so anyway. I just bought two Roma 2's at the outlet this month and they were the newest version! Natural Ostrich and Espresso Lizard. Love them both!
