I love Birkenstock.  Unfortunately so many are now with the Birko floor.  I only buy the Birkenstocks with the leather insoles which are hard to find now.  All the synthetic stuff makes my feet sweat.  Even worse so many manufacturers now use chemicals for odor prevention.  More toxins for your body.   If you have real leather insoles that's not necessary.  The original Birkenstocks were cork and leather.  Wore them for years and never had an issue with odor or sweaty feet.
