No, nothing is going to help this poor blush bag. The pucker extends on a diagonal down from the end of the zipper trim to the base, too. What a shame. I LOVE the color and I think the leather on this version is slightly upgraded from the Roma 2 bags that were offered last fall. It isn't as good as the backpack, but I felt that the backpack had a design flaw in the way the jump rings were attached to the body with self-tabs, and there is already one review by a customer whose backpack came apart at those tabs.

So, I don't know whether to take a chance on a replacement or whether I will get a return that also has something wrong with it. I will keep the black one. It doesn't appear to have any flaws (I will test drive hard over the next two weeks), it is a decent bag for the money and is the right size for me.

I hope you can get a good replacement for the Blush. I'm sure some will return due to buyers remorse. The blush is such a pretty color!!! I hope you enjoy your black one!!

I missed the presentation of the back pack. Do you know the item #?

A253951. At the present time it is only available in "caramel" - a very nice name that disguises a hideously organically colored bag. (If you have ever changed a diaper and seen this bag in this color too, you know what I mean.)

I know how disappointing it can be to wait with anticipation for something to arrive and then it is defective. I really hope there is a fix for you girls. Lets hope CS will put you to the front of the line for exchanges since you already own the bag. Just a thought.

Well that's a really nice thought and thank you, but it seems like the order processing system can barely handle standard, run of the mine things! Special requests? Fixing a problem like this with efficiency and aplomb? No, that isn't QVC.

LOL!! Yep, I've changed way to many of this diapers and your description is correct!!!

It's a pretty style, but that color is not for me!

I received my Blush Roma II today, also. When I ordered, I knew that the bag was larger than I usually carry, but I decided to give it a try, anyway. Let me say that the bag is very lovely and the blush color is stunning. I think the price is great for so much style and sophistication. YES, it's huge and heavy, but I could get over that.....HOWEVER, I had two isuues. First, the leather sections on mine are very poorly matched. Most are buttery smooth and 2 are very heavily textured kind of crudish. This gives mine a patchwork look, which I'm not crazy about. Also, mine has zero structure. When I put the bag down, it sort of falls over on it's side in a pile. Not crazy about that either. I suppose I would need to keep it packed to have it show me some stand-up!. But, I don't carry the amount of stuff needed to accomplish that. Anyway, I love the bag and I can easily see why others are so crazy about it. It's just not the right bag for me..too bad!

The blush and snake arrived first and they are perfect! The blush is subtle and so soft you can cuddle with it! Lol The snake is amazing! I almost chose not to purchase the snake, but the unique two tone is beautiful. So far I am thrilled and awaiting the natural and white ostrich, plus the black. I love the size and after returning the last group I am pleased to see the changes. Right now I am a giddy girl....happy, happy, happy! Ladies, enjoy!!

Its true, its STUNNING!!! I received mine today too and I love it. I was on the fence on buying this bag but I am so glad I did. I missed out on the Blush because I waited too long but the Ivory Ostrich is just as gorgeous and even better in person.

I received my blush bag today and it is perfect. The leather feels great and mine does not have any creases or visible flaws. The color is a soft nude pinkish beige and I will use it year-round. My DH, who usually just shakes his head when my QVC packages arrive, said "that is a nice bag...great color". I almost fainted...LOL. I wish everyone would receive a bag as good as mine. Enjoy your beautiful new Roma II bags.
