I did that once with a complaint on Valerie's FB page, whatever I did was more visible, think it was a new post and not a comment on an existing post.

She responded very quickly and asked to continue the conversation somewhere else on the site where it wasn't public ha.  Worked rather well.

No, but I've caught the bug and I want a pair too. I'm looking for a slightly higher(just not flat) lug sole in a nude/pink or maybe ivory color.

@Kachina624  I had 2 pair credited to me when I emailed Clarks and added a photo of 2 TSV's I bought on QVC.

They had elastic goring that stretched immediately after wearing maybe 2x each. 

It took a few days for them to respond, but when they did they 

told me to choose 2 pair in the same price range.

I hope you get the same results. Include the photo in the initial letter.
