Lamo Somersby Scuff Slippers....Size Up??

I was interested in purchasing the Lamo Somersby Slippers. My shoe size is 7-1/2M. Should I size up a half or whole size? Thanks so much and have a beautiful day! 🩷

LAMO brand always fit me in my regular size.....size 8.

Is this it?  If so found them on Amazon for 74.99 reviewer said if 1/2 size to size up.
