Ladies of Dooney & Bourke please answer a question for me

During the 12 days of Christmas I ordered a large Dillen leather satchel and a nylon satchel. They both arrived today and the packing was terrible. I had never ordered from the their site before . I have bought several bags from the Q and they were in such good shape and the packing was excellent also from Macys.

The Dillen was just in a plastic bag and no packing of the inside and its all crinkled. Is this normal.

The nylon was in a pink plastic bag but it all folded up as well.

I will stick to the Q if this is normal for Dooney.

Please answer. My boxes had been retaped and the UPS driver said he did it but I dont know. I find it hard to believe they mail such nice things in such a horrible way.
