Ladies, I have a question for you. On Monday I ordered 4 of the Nylon Large Frame Purses for some Christmas presents. I have several of the leather ones and I love them.
My question is, I could only order black. I also wanted the brown and navy, but only the color black would show up. I kept hitting the brown and navy colors but when I went to check-out it showed I was ordering black. So, I went with the black. I even called at actually got someone in customer service. She had no suggestions except to hit the refresh button on my computer and try again. I did, and with no success.
My husband even tried on his computer, but only black showed up in our cart. I never hit the black.
Any ideas or did you all only or black?
I've ordered a lot from them in the past year, and have never had a problem with this until now but it was with their older set-up.
Just wondering if I was the only one having problems. I just checked and no matter what color I hit, it shows up as black in my cart.
I've gotten my confirmation but no notification that they have shipped yet.
