I really wish January 31st was here already. I want to see some new Dooneys and lots of bags on easy pay. Meanwhile, I've been tempted to buy a bag directly from the Dooney website. Does can anyone tell me their experience with the Dooney site? Customer service, returns, exchanges etc. Thanks!
