In Novemeber '11 I purchased the Hobo brand "In the Bag" purse from QVC. I absolutely loved the bag and used it quite often.
The purse has a silver clip that connects one side of the purse strap to the handbag itself. About two weeks ago it lost the spring action in the clip and would know longer hold the bag together.
So I contacted Hobo early last week and explained the situation and asked if I could purchase another clip. To my surprise I received an email back asking for my mailing address so they could email me a prepaid mailing sticker so that I could return the purse to them. Apparently for a year after purchase they will cover a handbag for any defective parts or pieces.
I sent the bag back to them last Friday and today the UPS man delivered me a brand new bag. Quick, efficient customer service, gotta love it.
Just thought you ladies mught like to know this in case you are considering a purchase from the Hobo brand in the future.
