I have had some back issues and want a new bag to carry for a while. I like the looks of two crossbody bags but plan to shorten the straps to be a shoulder bag. These seem smaller than I usually carry, but I plan to carry less in them to help strain on my back. Instead of a checkbook wallet, I plan to carry a small one. I also need to carry keys, glasses, sunglasses, lipstick, a pen, gum, a checkbook, a smart phone and a small bottle of antibacteria soap. I just put these items in a small bag that I own, and they barely fit. If I carry this bag, I will need to remove all of the items just to find one. I can't scale down my contents any further.

I am interested in the the florentine pocket crossbody or the medium toggle crossbody. Which one do you think will have enough room for my contents without being heavy? Thanks so so much for any information.
