Has anyone purchased both a211457 and a204124? I have a211457 and want to get a204124 the canvas version because...

Hi! The leather version of this bag is gorgeous and the size is perfect but the straps hurt my shoulder and just don't stay on. I wanted to try 204124 which is the canvas version. The straps on the canvas version are longer and I hope the bag is just a little lighter.

My question is: is the canvas bag truly smaller in size than the leather one? I did read the measurements but I know the measurements can be off. I don't want the bag to be smaller than the leather version and am hoping they are really the same size. If you have the canvas bag or both bags would you let me know please? Thanks everyone.
