Has QVC Addressed the G.i.L.I. TSV Issues?

After reading more posts about the tearing and cracking, I checked mine and discovered the same problem. I haven't even used these yet! I bought all colors, but brown and loved this bag. Now am I supposed to lug all these to UPS? So disappointed in the quality control. Has QVC responded at all to everyone's concerns? There should be a massive recall. As far as I can tell the percentage of poorly manufactured handbags in considerably high and I wish QVC would respond to the concerns of its customers.
