As a long time Clarks gal, I was disappointed to find three pairs of clogs disintegrate at the seams. I contacted Clarks USA customer service and they sent me three pair of Clarks replacement shoes of my choice. Although I was disappointed in the clog quality, the replacements unstructured shoes have been fine. So if you are having trouble with your Clarks give their customer service a try. I was impressed by their response.
