Gorgeous Bag!!!

I just received the Florentine Small Satchel in Dark Brown. OMG, it took my breath away...this has to be the most beautiful bag I have ever seen! Just stunning. When trying zipper it's not always working so smoothly, I looked at different threads with different suggestions. Honestly I can't bear the thought of sending it back. I may get another that does the same thing??? A few times it glides without issue, yet seems to get stuck when trying to open at other times?? Hopefully this will start to glide with use.?
