Hello,

I believe Islandgirl and other poster asked me about the dooney trade-in and how much did I pay for my bag? There was also a question on how I was able to get the sale price item when it clearly stated that no sale and instore purchase for trade-ins.

My original post got deleted, I was not able to respond. So the answer is $119.

My bag I sent for trade was $238 value, I got $119 in credit. Since the bag I purchased was $198 which is under $238 value, the customer service rep could have sold the bag to me for $99 BUT since it was a sale item, she put me on hold for a long time to go speak to someone as It clearly says no sale or instore purchases. I told her I really really wanted this mini zip crossoby in fuchsia. Again, I was put on hold for a long time. She came back and said since its a sale item bag I would have to pay credit amount of $119. I said ok.
