On 10/14 I ordered a pair of shoes I was hoping to wear to an out of state 50th anniversary party for my husband and I. As of today, they still haven’t shipped but were to be delivered today (estimated). I called cs to discuss and she sent out a replacement order; still too late for my party. I went online to cancel only the order that didn’t ship. BOTH ORDERS GOT CANCELED. This is ridiculous! I’ll probably wind up with 2 pairs anyway. Soooo darned ridiculous and frustrating! Never again will I order Trotters shoes!

Not sure where you ordered from, you didn't state, but since the second pair was a "replacement" order it makes sense. If you cancelled the first order it would automatically cancel the replacement.

 

I think the situation was handled the best way possible.

@Bernie  Most shoes QVC carries can be ordered in other places. Look around.if Zappos has them you will get them in 2 days.

They probably ordered the replacement express shipping, hopefully you won't be billed for any of them since you cancelled.  You should have let it be, not sure when your event is but QVC is notorious for long shipping times.
