Fraying Dooney Handbag Corners

Can anyone tell me how I can keep my new Dooney Fabric tote from fraying at the corners. I have had that problem before but have never asked if anyone had any solution. The corners are always the only problem I have with my Dooney's. Thanks for any help.

No ideas really, other than perhaps consider coating with a fabric protector. Even then, I'd guess that isn't going to do much to fight wear and tear.

I had that happen once with a fabric bag and they let me return it (directly to Dooney) and gave me a full credit for a new bag. I don't buy the fabric ones anymore unless they have the leather edging on the corners.

Oh so that's the point of the leather corners. I just don't like that look most of the time.
