Fashion Police, Help!

Could I please have some advice . I live in PA, and I'm about to put my D&B fabric signature large Nina (black/gold) away for the fall/winter, and I'd like to start wearing my B Mak color-block tote in black/cream/pewter, since I've not had a chance to wear it yet. Because it has a large crocco, cream colored center section, I'm wondering if any of you other northern states ladies would carry this bag in cold weather? I'm a little O/T I know, but I'd appreciate some opinions positive or negative. Thanks
