Fashion Forward Brand Shoes Need to Come in Wide Widths!!!

Every time I look at a pair of the more fashion forward shoe brands, I am so disappointed that they don't come in a wide width. Just because I was born with wide feet doesn't mean I want to wear matronly looking, "sensible" shoes. QVC has added many new shoe brands that I love, but none of them offer wide widths. And wide width doesn't mean wide calf. Not everyone with a wide foot needs a wide calf boot. I know it's hard to please everyone, but more variety would be greatly appreciated!

What is the current best source for wide width shoes? I wasn't born with wide feet, but now I have a few problems that make wide shoes a good choice for me. I don't care about high fashion shoes, but I also don't want to spend my life in basic sneakers.

I agree, but just think of all the money I'm saving because they don't offer wide widths, and how much of my money they aren't getting because they aren't offering them!

I buy most of my shoes (wide width) at zappos dot com. They have thousands of shoes and many of them come in wide widths. Free shipping and free return shipping if they don't work out for you. Their customer service is second to none!!!

For the life of me I do not understand why anyone buys shoes from QVC. There are numerous websites that offer better prices and free shipping both ways.

I also have a wider forefoot and a narrow heel. I don't have a big calf either. I've also noticed in the last couple of years that my foot has gotten a bit wider so quite a few medium width shoes don't fit in the forefoot or vamp.

Naturalizer stores and their websites (both in the U.S. and Canada) carry medium, wide, and narrow widths so that may be a store and website to look at. Outlet stores are also something to consider.

B.O.C. and Born shoes also come in M/W widths too but I find that no matter what brand of shoe I must try them on for fit. I have some nice Clarks shoes in 7.5W but I have to try them on as Clarks shoes don't always fit me very well.

Easy Spirit shoes are another brand that has some cute shoes too.
