Easy Pay question

I have been shopping with QVC for almost 20 years and occasionally I have received e-mails offering me Easy Pay on an item of my choice. Do these e-mails come at certain times of the year? I am currently wanting to purchase a pair of shoes that are over $100 and I really need to buy them with Easy Pay. Has anyone ever called Customer Service and requested Easy Pay on an item?
