Easy Pay question

I have been shopping with QVC for close to 20 years and occassionally I have received e-mails saying I have an Easy Pay offer I can use on any item I would like. i do not remember if these e-mails come at a certain time of year. There is a pair of shoes (over $100) I would currently like to purchase but I really need to buy them with Easy Pay. Has anyone ever called Customer Service and requested Easy Pay on an item?
