I agree. I ordered 5 pairs of these boots and 3 pairs are on their way back. Quality control is really lacking here. I'll never order this brand again.

I got mine in the Navy Wide Calf on September 10.  I really like them.  The style is very cute and they feel comfy.  The wide calf is great to tuck in my jeans.  I might have been able to get away with the regular calf, but these look great, no hassle and don't stick out too much from my leg (which I was concerned about as I'm probably on the lower end of wide calf).   Anyone who got the wrong size should have customer service make a notation because there are always lots of returns if that doesn't bother you.  I'm happy with them.

I finally got the two pair I ordered. Size 10 W with regular shaft. I need wide size to fit my messed up toes, but the wide calf would be too big on me, so this choice was great for me. I got the Navy and Merlot, both very pretty and fit well.❤️
