Dooney.com Easy Pay question

I am considering getting one of the FVL satchels on the Dooney Easy Pay. Does anyone know if you receive the handbag right away (just like the QVC Easy Pay) or is it more like a layaway plan and you receive the bag when you are done paying after 3 months?
