Dooney Trade In Question

Do any of you wonderful ladies know if you have to wait for them to send a letter back or can you call them and get their decision over the phone. I have a couple of items I want and I don't want to wait. I am so impatient. Of course it doesn't help that I went out last night on a touch and feel mission at the Dooney store. I can still smell that beautiful leather. My kids laugh at me all the time. Smelling a dooney to me is the same as fresh baked cookies for them.Lol.
