Oh Stevie, Stevie, Stevie!!! Too funny...but I have to say that blue in those bags is so gorgeous!! A bag that will get alot of use is always a good investment...or that's the story I tell myself anyway lol!! Btw, I posted on your "Dooney Saffiano " thread...I didn't get the TSV yesterday...I didn't find that bag really compelling at that pricepoint...if I have any remorse ( which I don't seem to have yet lol), I'll just wait for it to pop up in "as is". Thanks fun, they had several different styles, but I liked the size and configuration of this one, though, as noted, it wasn't necessarily the most eye catching of them all. I love the color and had it in one hand and a sort of grey-ish green saffiano leather dome satchel in the other and said to myself... "no contest, get the blue..." This was at Marshall's and I'd just been at the Maxx and left behind a gorgeous RL Saffiano satchel in olive, which I dearly loved. It was also a good price, but the straps, which would've fit over the shoulder, were just so very thin I decided to pass... Now THAT one I have some regret about! Still, I happened upon my blue Arcadia, which had been on my list for a long time so it worked out...

As for that TSV, I never even watched it presented, that's how interested in it I wasn't...

No remorse here at all, but you're so right. In a few weeks, should you decide you want it, every color will begin showing up in 'as-is' and for a good bit less!

Too bad you didn't care to see the presentation because it's a really pretty bag "in real life" and the leather looks more subtle comparing to pebble leather. I almost wish I got it in mushroom while it was still available..... it looked amazing on Lisa in her GILI dress.... now the bag is $33 more....

There are lots of pretty bags out there in the marketplace and surely beyond QVC. Fortunately, I know from the get go I don't want some of them. Regardless of price, I knew I didn't want this bag so there was never any interest in seeing it presented. I didn't want another hobo. On top of that, none of the colors really pulled me in. I also didn't much care for the two tone colors. There was just nothing about it that caught my eye. Those that loved it and wanted it enough to buy it will hopefully find it meets all their expectations and will enjoy it... Hey, I'm glad I don't want every bag out there, because I already have a hard enough time saying no to the ones that really catch my attention...

As noted, I didn't watch a full presentation, but did see it on-air... I note, though, you said you think this bag is prettier in real life, which leads me to believe you might possibly have ordered this one for yourself and already gotten it home... So what color did you get...?

Haha. I mean on the screen "in real life"....vs. in the picture... I was typing on my tablet and didn't feel like explaining all the details... And as I said, I wish I ordered the mushroom....but by the time I decided to give the bag a try - because I think the "European" leather is really pretty, the mushroom was gone....so my second option was the marin/navy.... I figured I wanted at the very least to see it in person - for the price, before it went up - and decide if I like it.....so....will let you know when it arrives - next Monday. I figured - I might be returning the GILI satchel, and then it would be too late to order this one, so now I will have 2 to compare Maybe both of them will be going back...who knows.....I paid extra shipping for the GILI one, so it is coming this Saturday!!!

PS. I gotta say, the easy pay thing is starting to get out of control, esp. when using multiple credit cards...I am seriously considering avoiding the QVC channel altogether for awhile. YES. Don't laugh!

While I really liked the TSV in the Mushroom I don't like the North-South handbags.. So I ordered the Pebbled Leather Domed Satchel in the Dark Grey..

I rarely actually watch QVC. I have season passes for a couple shows like Dooney but I rarely watch it live.

Good choice. I like having a grey bag or two, even though I have to say, I'm not really jumping full force on this apparent trend toward grey bags this year. I'm seeing so many of them out in the stores too. This one, though, in gray was lovely. I think this bag looks classic in every color. One of the bags offered over the weekend was available in 'smoke' which was a light grey and I loved it. I have a couple of darker grey bags so don't need anymore but am looking for a great bag in a lighter 'dove' grey color.

EP will kill you if you aren't careful. Sometimes I'll check and have a whole list of stuff I'm paying on monthly, which is another reason I'm backing off a little right now. I'm actually considering another Issac watch and let the EP expire intentionally, so if I want it bad enough to order, I'm paying the full freight at once... I sort of wish I'd have ordered it yesterday but also sort of glad I did it this way.

Yep. I agree. If you know you want something for sure and it's not too expensive, you'll be better off paying in full right away. I did some order cancelling and now I'm looking at my statements and I have to match all charges and make sure the cancelled orders were actually cancelled. I have a few pending charges at the amounts I cannot even match to anything!!! I know sometimes they bill separately for items in one order and I can account for those but one charge is $100.59 and I have no idea what it's for so I hope it goes away! Not to worry though, as an accountant I will make sure I balance
