Hi Ladies, Just received the Mini Florentine Mini Satchel in Natural. I know florentine comes in both smooth and pebbled textures depending on the hide. But this mini is more pebbled then the TSV Domed Satchel I recently received. Hi Dooney Girls, I just received a new mini from Lord and Taylor today, I still the same bag I received from the Q, just wanted to wait for this to arrive before sending it back. The new one is beautiful and cost $40 less than what I paid on QVC. Got 25% off, free shipping and no tax! I originally tried ordering it mid December and they ending up canceling my order because it was not in stock, I was really disappointed. Anyway L&T sent me an email extending the discount if it was back in stock, so here it is side by side next to the one that is going back to the Q. You can really see the difference in the textures. Thanks for all your advise, everyone has been very helpful here.

Hi: I know what you mean. I recently ordered a Kingston Florentine Hobo in ivy from I Love Dooney, and it arrived in great condition but slightly pebbled consistently over the entire bag. I was expecting smooth leather, but the pebbling is slight and will take the brunt of daily use better. One thing is for sure: if you are not totally satisfied with this purchase, another Dooney temptation awaits!
