Dissapointed

Well, I had made up my mind about which Dooney I wanted with the easy pays and ordered it. A220344 in the Saddle. Received it this past Thurs and guess what...they shipped me the Palomino color! Invoice clearly states Saddle.

Called CS and told them what happened, and was told to ship it back and put that I received wrong item. I won't have to pay the return shipping either. But now the Saddle color is not available. Guess I will wait and hopefully it will come available before my other easy pay expires in Jan.
