Can I explain the many ways that I love Zappos.com? They are simply wonderful. Terrific customer service!

I went to Dillards trade-in sale hoping to find a piece from the Spicy line that caught my eye. The only things they had the first day were some of the Venus pieces, a couple of Nylon Pouchettes and the Spicy quilted satchel in white, the sac in black and in white and a few Dillen II pieces. So, I traded in my purse and picked up a Dillen II satchel in black. I got it home and remembered - I already have a black, pebbled leather purse - from Coach! So, I put it in the car to take back the next day. I also found another purse to trade-in. No problem.

I go to Dillards, return the black satchel. Picked out a Fossil crossbody (smaller version of the larger one I got a little while back - from Zappos) and off I go. I do not care for the smaller one at all once filled, so it will go back too. UGH! It hangs there full like a lead balloon. The large one DOES NOT have this issue at all.

While I was there, I looked at the Brahmin pieces. I like them! Might have to use my other trade in for one on Saturday (last day of the trade in). My Mom will be here to go with me on Saturday, so that will be fun. Dillards #1 did not have a large selection of the Spicy pieces, so we will head to Dillards #2 tomorrow. I already sent the crossbody with the zip top back to Zappos, since everything did not fit inside. So, I looked around the Zappos site, and I found the Spicy messenger bag - which I ordered in Red. It is due to arrive today! I may order one in Yellow too.

The B. Makowsky TSV - pewter camo - probably heading back. I really don't need so many gray bags. The brandy shade is on the way to me. That is a new one for me.
