Difference between these nylon large pocket satchels?

I just bought the NF041 from ILoveDooney. I'm not sure I'll keep it. It's VERY large, and heavier than I anticipated for a nylon bag.

There seem to be two models of the large pocket satchel: NF041 and IN041. The first has a nylon interior and a "Dooney Bourke" leather logo; the IN041 has a red cotton lining and a duck leather logo. The measurements are the same for each one, and they look alike otherwise.

Does anyone know if the weight would be different between the models?

What I really want is a medium to large satchel with a pocket so I don't have to fish for my phone....I'm just not sure this large pocket satchel is really the right choice.

Sounds like maybe the Smith nylon might fill your bill. But it was year before last.
