Please take a lesson from Coach. I ordered a leather shoulder bag online from Coach.com, and it shipped to me in less than three days. Additionally, I did not receive the new bag flattened out in a "warehouse" box, smelling of chemicals. Coach does it right.

It's like getting a real "gift" when you buy from Coach. This is how you want to feel when you buy a nice handbag. {#emotions_dlg.wub}
